Submission Guidelines
Submission Process
All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s Online Journal System (OJS). Submissions sent via email or other means will not be considered.
Step-by-Step Submission
Authors are required to follow these steps:
- Register or log in to the journal website
- Initiate a new submission
- Complete the submission checklist confirming compliance
- Upload all required files
- Enter complete and accurate metadata
- Review all entered information
- Make payment of processing charges and confirm submission
Incomplete submissions may be returned before editorial review.
Required Files
Main Manuscript (Anonymous for Double-Blind Review)
- Must not contain author-identifying information
- Include title, abstract, keywords, main text, references, and appendices
Title Page (Submitted Separately)
- Full names of all authors
- Institutional affiliations
- Corresponding author’s contact details
- ORCID iD (preferred)
- Acknowledgements (if any)
Metadata Requirements
Accurate metadata is essential for indexing and discoverability. Authors must provide:
- Full title of the manuscript
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- 4–6 keywords
- Full author details
- Correctly formatted references
Incomplete metadata may delay processing or publication.
Author Declarations
Authors must confirm the following during submission:
- The manuscript is original and not under consideration elsewhere
- All authors have approved the submission
- Disclosure of competing interests
- Compliance with ethical standards
- Agreement to copyright and licensing terms
False declarations may result in rejection or further action in accordance with publication ethics guidelines.
Peer Review Process
The journal follows a double-blind peer review process.
- Author and reviewer identities are concealed
- Manuscripts are reviewed by subject experts
- Decisions are based on academic merit
- Editors make the final decision

Review timelines vary depending on reviewer availability and manuscript complexity.
After Submission
- Automated acknowledgement is sent
- Initial editorial screening is conducted
- Eligible manuscripts proceed to peer review
- Authors receive decisions with reviewer comments
Revision Process
Authors invited to revise must:
- Submit revisions within the given timeline
- Clearly indicate changes made
- Address all reviewer comments
Failure to submit revisions on time may result in withdrawal.
Final Submission and Publication
Upon acceptance:
- Submit final publication-ready files
- Review proofs for corrections
- Article is published in an upcoming issue

The journal follows international standards, including:
- Publication ethics guidelines (COPE)
- Open access licensing (CC BY 4.0)
- Digital archiving systems (LOCKSS, PKP PN)
Important Note
All submissions must comply with journal requirements. Non-compliant manuscripts may be desk rejected.
